- We always try to deliver
the exact item ordered by the customer. If in case item is unavailable, a similar
item, nearest to the description of that item will be delivered.
- For non-perishable commodities,
respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can
file complaints against them through us, if you are not satisfied with the quality
of product.
- The perishable commodities
displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and may
not be exact replicas since these items are hand-made and can vary.
- If a product is unavailable
readily, we will notify you through the e-mail. If we don’t get any response from
you, we will deliver the item that comes closest to that product.
- Flowers arrangements shown
here are indicative. We do our level best to give similar or better results than
shown. It may be possible that actual arrangements vary due to unavailability of
flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
- Delivery schedule varies
between same day delivery to delivery within 3-4 business days depending on the
destination city or town.
- Deliveries of certain items
may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always
have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
- The owner of the site retains
the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
- The various logos and/or
trademark backed by products sold by Best2India on our website belong to respective
companies and they are the owner of that logo and/or trademark.
- All claims/disputes related
to best2india.com are subject to the jurisdiction of local court only at Dhrangadhra,
India.
- If the provided shipping
address is incorrect, we are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address.
- If the recipient is not
available at the shipping address, we are not
responsible for late deliveries and in that case we do not guarantee freshness
of the product delivered. Therefore,
in such cases no refunds, cancellations and liability claims can be made.
- For delivery of gift items
to wedding ceremony, marriage hall- we may not be able to assure the delivery to
the bride and/or bride- groom due to non-accessibility of our delivery team to the
couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible
member of the host.
- If due to any reason, we
are unable to deliver your order, we will make complete refund. We shall not be
liable for any other charges, loss or profits, emotional stress or any other kind
of liability caused due to non delivery or non- availability.
- Shape/sizes shown on the
site are indicative and there can be slightly variations in the delivered item.
